The another Fubuki's favourite card, The Atmosphere. The effect kind weaker version of Destiny Hero - Plasma . He just only can take control the face-up only and both cases about equiping while Destiny Hero - Plasma can get take control either face-up or face-down.
The summon style. Destiny Hero - Plasma need three monsters to be tribute while The Atmosphere just need remove two face-up and one in graveyard. You can use token monster instead. lol.
By the ways, Destiny Hero - Plasma has good effect which is negate all the effect of face-up Effect Monsters your opponent controls. Stop all effect like Blackwing, Six Samurai, Gladiator, etc
So, this card is always put inside Anti-Meta deck.
